Prior to founding MATRIX Capital, he held key executive roles including Chief Revenue Officer at Youth Empowered Today and Business Development Director for STEM initiatives at Oracle City. His background also includes impactful leadership positions at Allstate Insurance, CAT Exteriors, and multiple national sales organizations. A graduate of Lincoln University with a degree in Economic and Business Administration, Kenneth is passionate about driving innovation, empowering communities, and building long-term value.
